#179 Posted: 9/27/2012 1:46:26 AM Boom, I am digging some of those picks but what do you see in the Louisville / Southern Miss game. Looks a little like a trap line to me as I had this line at about 14 when I capped it. Your thoughts? |

#180 Posted: 9/27/2012 2:07:03 AM Good analysis and write ups. People should just gather information and decide for themselves. If you can pick out things, you might be able to devise a system for yourself.
Alabama -31 2 units Wisconsin / Nebraska Under 51 2 units California - 2 5 units (Iffy)
I don't know how you can trust Cal so big. I don't like Maynard that much to lay down 5 units. I'd probably do a 2 unit play. What else are you thinking that puts so much confidence behind Cal?
BOL everyone. Pretty good picks Boom! I'm on you with some of them

#181 Posted: 9/27/2012 8:34:12 AM Watched TCU against Kansas, Boom.
It seemed like they had receivers that were 5-yards open on most every play. Kansas pressed, zoned and couldn't catch up with them in any way.
The problem was, and especially in the first half, they would--despite STILL beating the secondary--dog it, and play almost 2 steps behind themselves. Just couldn't figure it out. Dropped balls, missed routes, no continuous movement.
Even though it looked extremely shady, I don't think these boys are on the take. I looked at the line movement on this game at five different vegas casinos and it was standard college football-style movement. Half point here, half point there. I honestly think these guys are just full of themselves. They walked into Lawerence like they were the garbage. Like they could stay out till 5 am and show up drunk and still beat these bums. I assume Gary, who is a HARDCORE start-to-finish, balls out Greg Schiano-esque coach tore them new fool in films/weekday practice and seared it into their heads that they will not quit until 0's on the clock. I think that's why they ran up the numbers the next week. Making a point. A point that, yes coach, we're listening.
Regardless, I will be watching their spread movement for the next couple of weeks. |

Cal also a +1 at my book. I'd be interested in talking about why this one moved 3 points over night.

#192 Posted: 9/27/2012 4:20:42 PM Bberarden - Thanks man. I actually think the gamecocks are a very solid team. Much better then I thought. There not a #6 team in the country good, but still a solid football team. About this game I think you guys cover it. I just cant see Kentucky hanging ...maybe they do, but I cant see it. Im not betting on it, but I think they cover it.
Boold&thunder - Go check my posts... Never did I say that. I said Clemson never had a lead more then 14 points... Clemson was actually winning the game by 14 at one point. And they covered the spread for every second of that game except for 6 minutes and 23 seconds... I would say if Clemson didn't cover....then Clemson backers would have got the moose
secman - you actually Identified my last total of the week...congratulations. I not actually playing it until Saturday tho...take the under
PCZ -
Thedrizzle - I don't know man... Ive watched alot of football in my time.... This garbage looks shady to me...trust me, Im not one of those guys who thinks there is a conspiracy theory to everything either.
fazool - V.T will run through these guys. Trust me.
Jefff- not worried. Rice is the worst defensive team I have ever seen Houston is pretty bad too.... now watch a 10 - 6 game
Clutch - dont worry man... you wait and see on Saturday, Cal will win this game
Mega...Guys
