I'm taking them on team points vs Hawaii...hate biting my nails in the 4th quarter on big spreads.

I think they'll cover a lot of 14-18 point spreads against Pac 12 teams this year. Home and road.

Probably better off betting against them ats every game... is still remember a game from 2 years ago when they played minnesota and won by 11, failing to cover the 12 point spread because lane kiffin attempted 3 failed 2-point conversions for no reason other than for "practice"....

I see this USC team giving up backdoor covers all season long

yeah as a pac-12 expert, i think this is a bad idea.
for usc home games it's a good idea, but road games can be tricky in the pac-12, that's why they lost to ASU, Washington, OSU last few years. They should run the table at home this year, maybe losing to Oregon one of the two times.

Im looking at betting their TT for week 1 or possibly 1st half. I wont be trusting Lane Kiffin to cover no fuckin 40 points but BOL

USC ats: 1-3

Fyi - i have no rooting interest either way. i am bumping thread just to finish this "experiment" to its end. funny thing is that now that usc has lost, they will cover alot more... if they were just percieved as this undefeated national title contender jaugernaut, they would have probably consistently failed to cover inflated lines after getting early leads and taking the foot off the gas in the second half.... with the loss, two things will happen- the lines wont be as inflated and they will play with a chip on their shoulder the entire game and make a point of blowing out teams for the full 4 quarters...

Books will catch up and Viet Khieu boy will finish 5-7 or so.  Bank it.

USC ats: 1-5

In a game that looked like a blow out at half time, they came out conservative in the second half, played for the win and not for style... huskies played well defensively and if not for some crucial fumbles, would havr had usc really sweating it near the end

Lines starting to become more reasonable for SC to cover now.
