Prep time is true, but nobody can simulate the triple option for practice (unless of course Navy is playing GT). Game speed, especially 1st game, is something you cant teach. Fundamentals, focus and responsibilities are something the option requires to to have. 18-22 year old kids havent learned that yet......

pretty much my point... and more importantly, since the break even point at -120 is 54.55, and the break even point at -110 is 52.5... it means only 1 out of 12 games has to be decided by that 1/2 point for it to make a different... now, if you are always buying a half point, regardless of the number, then that 1 in 12 is probably not going to be in your favor... but when you are buying onto or off of 7, particularly in a game where points will be at a premium, then suddenly that 1 in 12 is much more likely to play a role...

in this particular game, if you think there is a 1 in 12 chance the MSU will win by 7 points, then it makes sense to buy the hook... and i, for one, do believe that if this game were played 12 times, AT LEAST 1 of those would have MSU winning by exactly 7 points, and most likely more than 1... possibly 3 or more...

therefore, buying the hook off of 7 (or onto 7, for that matter), makes statistical sense...

some people just think in black and white terms... (like "squares and sharps"... or "buying the hook is always a bad move")... i find that kind of simplistic thinking to be unrealistic and ineffective...

Yes yes I couldn't hold your jock big internet god

43 year old stud who lives for internet attention. You don't track units meaning you are stupid, lazy, or a fraud who wants to hide lack of actual profit. Fact.

Apocolypse, so Americans can't play at 5Dimes and -110 is 52.5% breakeven yeah uh listen to me when I said never post again

Hope so!

The beauty is we will only need to hit 1 to make some nice money. If I play one 3 or 4 teamer per week the odds on each will be 15-1 to 200-1, so I only need 1 to make money. I'm willing to bet I can go 1/12 on underdog ml parlays. I like to put my money where my mouth is.

Train i look forward to reading your posts as well as Boom Booms every week. New to the forum but not to betting. wanna post my 2 favorite picks every week. Everybody is leaning kentucky week one. Louisville has a great defense an there offense should be alot better and experienced than last year. Kentucky stinks and should have alot of trouble scoring against them. I love louisville and they will easily cover along with Rutgers.
