That article doesn't say anything about him being broke, it says he wants someone else to pay his debts, two different things

funny how the tables turn. one minute leach is unemployed looking like he will never coach again, while james has one of the best jobs in america. to today, when james is penniless and leach is in fall camp. good for leach, glad he's back, he brings a lot to the game.

the title of the article is "Craig James is Broke and . . . . "

also from the body of the article:
"After leaving his cushy ESPN studio job in order to make a quixotic run for the U.S. Senate from his home state of Texas (a senate run, by the way, that featured unapologetic happy-bashing), Craig James is broke and looking for handouts from his former donors."

Maybe if he had a better investment adviser at SMU, he
wouldn't be in this mess.

That was classic when Leach called Craig James a "helicopter dad" on national TV.

Good for Leach

Tough break James

Couldnt have happened to a better guy, I dont wish anyone to go broke and be in a state of Financial dissaray but Craig James truly deserved it, When you need to a hire a PR firm to make Mike Leech look bad then you are a snake in the grass without a pair of balls.

Mike Leech must be laughing his behind off as we all are right now.

he's not broke, he's just trying to recoup his own personal investment in his hapless US Senate campaign...love him or hate him, he will be back on ESPN soon...

CJK5H!

He used ESPN's pulpit to further his agenda against Mike Leach when he should have recused himself from the discussing the incident on air.

If he's trying to "recoup his personal investment from his campaign" that shows what a classless cock gobbler he really is. It isn't anyone else's responsibility to payback his personal money for his personal objective. A friend of mine who did an internship for ESPN told me he was a prick. Seems like things have lined up ratherly nicely for her opinion about him!!
