It's a miracle if Randy Edsall isn't an alcoholic by now.
Having Mike Locksley, (who is coming off a 2-26 stint as New Mexico's HC, including a loss to SHSU in his final game),as OC, and without any QB on the roster that has ever taken a snap in a college game, this just may be the final straw. |

WOW, I had no idea that Edsall hired Locksley as OC. What was he thinking?????? .I think I'll make a special note on that and if I'm tempted to bet Maryland this year to stick my finger in an electric socket until the urge passes. Thanks for the info.BOL

Under Locksley @ New Mexico their offense was horrible.
2011 O.Y.P.P. = 24.7 2010 O.Y.P.P. =16.8 2009 O.Y.P.P. =19.3
To put it in perspective, Akron's offensive stats were better during that period.I'm absolutely shocked that Edsall would hire him. Thanks again for the info.

#67 Posted: 8/17/2012 10:20:17 AM That Darkwa injury could have a big impact if he misses the Rutgers game. In Tulane's new offense I think he'll get a lot of touches both running and receiving, if healthy. Also, fellow RB Donte' Butler hasn't been practicing due to a nagging hamstring injury. However, this has opened the door for freshman Josh Rounds who stepped into the lineup in yesterday's evening practice and absolutely dazzled everybody with several electrifying runs and catches. |

#70 Posted: 8/18/2012 12:01:58 AM Hey Bookie, did you see that article on CBS sports on Mich. D line? I guess they've got another DT Ondre Pipkins, suffered a neck injury in practice. They're getting at D line and facing Alabama's O line in week 1.I think I like that matchup.

With Michigan being thin at D line, maybe the safeties have to cheat up to support the run,and Alabama opens up the passing game. This will be a fun game to watch.I'm glad we're getting it in week 1.I tend to analyze defensive football and look for favorable future potential matchups.
