#27 Posted: 8/7/2012 5:44:22 PM How the Ncaa messed up!
The NCAA broke with its normal enforcement process in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sex-abuse scandal, giving president Mark Emmert the authority to deliver the punishment.
Why it doesnt matter:
Van Netta reports that “at least two” trustees are ready to appeal because the NCAA “did not give the school due process in meting out its punishment.” He also reports the trustees expect to lose their appeal with the NCAA.
Joe Paterno’s family last week tried to appeal the penalties but an NCAA spokesman said, “The Penn State sanctions are not subject to appeal.” |

---2nd post in a month, about topic capper rebumped
---30minutes after capper posted, log in log out
---negative about penn state (same tone)
MODs please!!
Get them in here, email them if you care so much!!! just because you are either a penn state alumni or a PEDOFILE your acceptance of PENN STATE IS QUESTIONABLE! Should they have recieved what they did wthout due process? absolutely not, do they deserve some form of punishment? Probably!!
I wouldnt lose any sleep not being able to post on this site! that fans go crazy on on NCAF, others are ok not as fan driven, but the NCAAF forum is completely fan driven. 95+% of the people posting are doing so in their own teams best self interest!! |

#33 Posted: 8/7/2012 6:47:59 PM As much as we dont like to admit it we are a product of our surroundings, and how we are brought up, and what we watch on tv, and who our favorite team is?!! Im not too big to admit the SHOCK AND AWE of the penn state case is what keeps me glued, so many mistakes from Sandusky to mcqueary to the janitor to mcquearys dad to the "secretive" football culture...then the quick action of mark emmert, and subsequent acceptance of Penn state president, and now there is an appeal of the decsion because of due process! Its just too strange and ive never seen people take such strong stances on both sides about anything sports related like this before!! |

#34 Posted: 8/7/2012 7:37:07 PM you do realize that we are talking about the position of the president of the United States? Is there a more scrutinized position in the world? I doubt it.
It is not like he is applying for a teaching position at the local community college. I assume that there are MANY MANY layers of checks in balances / background checks etc... |

You do realize that with no birth certificate, no valid ID, no way to prove he's a legal citizen of the United States, and a fake social security number that Obama could not get a job a McDonalds right???

Which is exactly my point. If he could not get a job at McDonalds than how in the hell do you think he could get elected and sworn in as the POTUS?
I am curious on your thoughts. Or do you think that everything is so crooked that all the checks and balances and people in power would let this minor detail (sarcasm by the way) slide through the cracks?

So if I read into this further you are indirectly saying that the hiring / background check process is more stringent for McDonalds than for POTUS.
This combined with the first part of post #42 is fairly ironic. |

We have learned from the last election that there are no background check requirements for the POTUS. That has been exhaustively litigated by plaintiffs seeking a remedy for a lack thereof.

If you understand how politics actually work in this country, then you would understand there really are no checks and balances (or laws) that apply to the elite. They are completely above the law as long as they do what they are told.
Politics in America is equivalent to WWF wrestling. The wrestlers clobber each other when the cameras are rolling, but of course it's all fake. When the cameras are off, they are back-slapping and high-fiving each other.
The people that actually run America (the shadow government if you will) are not the politicians. Politicians are their front men. The people who own America (the owners of the Federal Reserve Bank) put two corrupt, compromised people up for election. They call one a Republican and they other a Democrat. These people have been groomed for this role for years. The owners fund both candidates (because after all they own the money machine), and tell you to vote for one of them. It matters not which one you vote for. The agenda that follows will be identical.
We can see that most recently in the transition between the Bush Administration and the Obama Administration. The two are completely indistinguishable. Why??? Because it is not their agenda. it is the agenda of the people who put them in power.
The people who actually run the country love a politician like Obama who is compromised. That ensures he will do exactly what they want him to do. If he doesn't they can simply expose his crimes and put him in prison for the rest of his life. This is why they run child porn rings all over the United States (Jerry Sandusky's Last Mile is one of them). If they can get video of your Senator screwing a 10-year old girl, then they own that Senator for the rest of his life. Now that they have compromised that Senator, they will make sure that Senator remains in office they rest of his life. And as long as that Senator continues to play play ball, he will be supplied with all the 10-year old sex toys he wants. This is just one of many ways politicians are compromised.
Obama is a creation of the CIA. Everything he does and says is being fed to him. He is basically an actor, and a very good one at that. That is why he was selected for the job. Anyone with minmal brain function knows Obama is a complete fraud, but the people who put him him power will not permit anyone to touch him. He is completely above the law. He is completely protected from all of his crimes (as are all the past Presidents).
That my friend is how politics works in America. Here is a brief video of a guy who understood perfectly what I have just revealed to you.

#50 Posted: 8/15/2012 5:55:26 PM I thought you were one of the smartest cappers on covers. To make such statements about Obama is retarted. Please provide me with links which collaborate your claims. Do you think if Trump or others had proof about a forged BC , they wouldn't expose it. He is the PRESIDENT and people need to be respectful.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
