As a wise man once told me: " if you find the redzone edge, you will find the gold mine". This is my tribute to the wise man:
Starting the week with Ohio +3.5, B.C. +14.5 and Colorado +21.5
Will try to post my full card this week.
Good luck.

All red zone plays, the only difference is that this week I will post all of my red zone plays, and not only 2-3. I have plenty of time this week. |

OK.....I'll bite.....what is this wise man's definition of "the redzone edge"?
And can you provide some insight to your Colo +21.5 pick? |

I agree with all three sir, thanks for taking time to post in the ncaa forum this week. Do you prefer using last 3 games red zone percentages or the percentages for the entire 2011 season? also do you happen to incorporate home/away splits red zone percentages into your calculations? Just trying to learn a little more about this red zone concept. Thanks for your help.

Can you possibly post a sample of the steps & calculations of the like opponents red zone % from a college matchup i.e. the Ohio/Temple game if you have the free time? Because i'm coming up with Temple having the advantage which is perplexing because I've done the calculations before and have agreed with your side pretty much every time before. I just don't see any advantage for the season, last 3 or Home/away in the percentages. Do you attempt to forecast regression/progression in some of the plays? I don't necessarily need the info before tonights game to validate a play by any means just chose this one because of the discrepancy. Thanks for your time and effort in advance if you decide to post and appreciate your contributions to the forum.
