Got off to a rough start last season and was never able to turn it around. Tried to find last years final record but apparently Covers wont allow us to go back and view any threads other than our most recent 50. Such is life. For approximations sake we will call it 45%. The year before that was much better at around 60%. Looking to be more humble this season and just give my insight into games more and try to attract less attention. No more Bibendi Special's and no more bullshit
Some early thoughts before we get into the season...
ACC: The Coastal is going to be fun with VT, Miami, NC and GT all having a legitimate reason for optimism. I think it comes down to VT-Miami late in November with the winner moving onto the ACC Championship Game. Hokies have had success the last few trips to Miami but their inexperience in the secondary is scary with Jacory sitting back there. Will all depend on the development of the secondary over the course of the season. At this point would lean Miami to take the Coastal Crown.
The Atlantic should be exciting. Lots of offense and very little defense. FSU will score in bunches as will NC St. Clemson lost Spiller and Ford and are a lot less dynamic now on offense. Still expect good things from them though. BC is going to win some games but I dont think they challenge for the crown yet. Florida St. is the sexy pick but not going to trust Jimbo and that defense quite yet. I'll take NC St. to outscore everyone in that division and take down the crown with Russell Wilson leading the way. They were showing signs 2 years ago and while I think they lose in Death Valley they have BC, FSU and Wake at Carter Finley. 5-3 in this division will get it done and I think the tiebreakers will favor the Wolfpack
Miami-NC St in the ACC Championship Game....would be very exciting.
Prediction: Miami can score with the Wolfpack and play a little bit of defense. Coastal division owns the Atlantic and will for another season
ACC Champion: Miami
