The bowl was based on a vote as a team and they voted against it. Love how you call him a quitter when he played with Turf toe all season. His toughness is what most scouts are raving about. This is a funny statement.

Here, I will write slowly, so even you can understand. You see, Clausen was the QB. That make him number uno (one in Spanish). Now, follow closely...if he would have said, hey, team, being your leader....we should do the right thing, and go to a bowl. See guys, these help the team. Makes our school money. Give us extra practices, and an extra game. We can show the country what good sports we are, and will play in a lower tier bowl. We will have class by doing this, and not go off as losers because we didn't get a BCS bowl bid. IF he would have done this, they would have went to a bowl, and with Floyd back, would have kicked the shit out of another team with a similiar record. Really? You don't see this. Hmmm.
