INDEPENDENCE BOWL

Question

NCAA- 66-56-2 &#x2B; 57 UnitsNFL-57-48-1 on Season, &#x2B;32 UnitsMLB Playoffs - 11-5 &#x2B;9 UnitsNBA- 15-11 &#x2B;3 UnitNCAA B-ball 0-1 -1.5 UnitsNCAAF Bowl Season 9-6 &#x2B;16 UnitsTonight we will have 2 teams that can play with the best of them and that can get beat by horrible teams... Trying to decide on what team will show up will be key to picking a winner here....Georgia is a middle of the pack SEC  team this year with a shit load of talent that is not being used in the right way....Their defense is horrible at times and they turn it over way to much... But it must also be noted that they have played the #1 schedule in the nation by far.. They have only had one gimme game this year, with their 3 OOC games being Okie St, Arizona St, and Georgia Tech going 2-1 in the those game only loosing to Okie St....It must also be noted they have played 7 teams ranked in the top 30 in total defense this year, which has something to do with thier offensive turnover problem.... On the other side we have Texas A&amp;M, a team that has a spectacular offense but a horrible defense ranked 107th in the nation....Their best win is against Texas Tech.. They have played 3 teams ranked in the top 30 in total defense which would have padded their offensive stats..... Thier OCC games were aginst Utah St. , UAB, New Mexico, and Arkansas, only loosing to Arkansas where they were a 2 point dog.... A&amp;M played the 78th toughest schedule in the nation...I have not decided on anything yet, just have leans and will have to wait to see where this line goes if anywhere....BOL

The schedule and Cox&#x27;s arm. Ga will run the ball this game, just like the Tech game. Richt is coaching the defense, which I hope gives them a little discipline, something they had in short supply all year long. For those reasons, I&#x27;ll take the under. I know A.J. Green is back, but throwing it to him is a risk with Cox.

Take Aggies and OVER.It&#x27;s a bowl game and Sherman lets it loose here. The footballs will be a flyin&#x27;. OVER is definitely safest play because A&amp;M defense really sucks. Will be one of the funner games to watch in the early bowl season plus a dog is due since last 3 favs won and covered. Good Luck Koko. Only 11 days left till the REAL game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Defense wins out.&#xD;&#xA;The one commmon opponent was Arkansas...A&amp;M was destroyed by Arkansas at home 47-19 while Georgia beat them at Arkansas 52-41...I think A&amp;M gets destroyed.  I hate the SEC and laid the points with Clemson last night and tonight will lay the points with the SEC team.  Georgia is a good team that played a tough schedule.  Tonight they roll over inferior competion as A&amp;M is not a bowl team.

Georgia does not have a good defense, but its a hell of alot better than the A&amp;M defense.

Georgia gave up 328 yards per game against the top ranked schedule in the country

A&M gave up 421 yards per game against much less competition

Agreed that good is probably a stretch but, it is a much better unit.

Arkansas and Georgia are practically carbon copies of one another... and Arkansas absolutely destroyed the Aggies...&#xD;&#xA;i just can&#x27;t see anything else in capping this game that would give me more information than that blowout by Arkansas...

BOL, But I&#x27;m not following your question of motivation.... Why wouldn&#x27;t they be motivated to prove that they are a solid defense on a national stage in a bowl game? Prove to everyone that maybe the D Cord had a little more to do with the poor play then the guys on the field....
