Syracuse is a "running dog" - same situation applied for Syracuse+7 last week vs Louisville and East Carolina +4(vs Tulsa) last week, along with Wyoming +7(vs SDST),

Nebraska+4(vs Oklahoma) the week before that and

Oregon +3(vs USC) the week before that...if you noticed each of these teams covered and several of them won SU.....

Rutgers -8 1/2 could be the public/covers burial play of the day
