Florida vs Oregon

I know it won't happen because Oregon lost to Boise.  Oregon doesn't deserve a title shot unless alot of teams lose and I'm not going to argue for them.  They lost on the field so they deserve their fate.

All that being said, it would be great to have a system where they could just vote the two best teams in.  The BCS is garbage and has been for years.

Oregon is clicking right now and when an offense like that is playing well it can't be stopped at the college level.  I would love to see how they matchup with a powerhouse like Florida who also has alot of speed and a great coach.

Oregon would beat Bama by double digits, no brainer

Oregon would beat Texas by 14 or so

Oregon would beat Iowa by 21 or so

Oregon would beat Cincy

Oregon would beat Boise tommorrow if they played on a neutral

Florida would also beat all of the teams mentioned

I know it won't happen and I'm sure that some of you less than intelligent posters will want to argue this, but Oregon and Florida are the best two teams and that is who I would like to see play

I would have to give Florida the slight edge because of experience of being in the big game and Urban is a great coach, but Oregon could give them a game and possibly win

those are the best two teams, like it or not

Please don't call this the "great" debate..... also, you didn't even mention TCU in the mix as they take care of Iowa, Cincy, Boise (beat them head to head last year) and would play Texas & Alabama down to the wire...

Oh hail no!   The defenses that Oregon would face from Florida, Texas, Alabama and even Iowa are light years ahead than what they saw in USC's D.

Florida and Bama are a little stronger on defense than USC is this year because of their youth, but in no way is Iowa, the Hawkeyes might have 1 player that would start for USC, maybe, and that is a big maybe

the athletes at USC are so much different than a school like Iowa, come on bro, get real

Oregon would trounce Bama, Bama could slow them down some but how would Bama put up enough points, their offense is so vanilla and easy to prepare for, they have no QB dude

I post my record each week, but some of you don't realize how hard it is to be in the spotlight and post 60% winners every year, I did great for a while, I have struggled this season thus far and didn't have a great year last year (not bad though, nice profit)
