Besides the fact that my 3yo son loves to sing along with the Dr Lou jingle, can anyone tell me why else this guy is on tv?? I mean, I feel like if he had any clue about coaching, he would still be on the sideline gettin ran out of the stadium..

Well, he was the last coach to win a national title at Notre Dame.  He must know a little something about coaching.  The problem with him is.....he's about 200 years old.  By the time he was finished coaching, he was already about 150.   So all we get from him now is a bunch of goofball stuff  Mark May.  But back in the day, he knew how to coach.

Anyone ever kept track of his picks?   I am curious if Mark May has a better record than him this season. He seems to like the underdogs when the two have debates.
