i actually took this line at -3.5 but ill post the current line, i just wouldnt go as big on it, i didnt think the line would jump this much.  well you know what they say about payback... state got waxed by the cocks to open the season last year now its payback time.  spurrier has been average at best down there and this year should be no different.  the cocks had the second best pass defense in the nation last year but they have lost 3 corners, a safey and jasper brinkley, a lot to replace, especially early on.  if you havent heard of russel wilson he will be a household name soon.  after he took over last year they went 7-0-1 ats, and he threw 17 picks and 1 td as a freshman  and is a play maker who doesnt make mistakes.    state's defense is no prize but they were decent at the run last year and return 7 starters on d so i think it will come down to garcia having to beat them, good early spot for state to make a statement imo.   nc state 27   south carolina 16
