last year i liked about 15 games in week 1... i limited myself to 10 games, going 9-1... the 5 i didn't bet went 1-4... would have really hurt my week 1 profits... had similar results in week 2, thanks to being discriminating...
i've said this before also, but can always use repeating: you will often have a week where you will stay away from 3 or 4 games that you were on the fence about... and they will all be winners... this can sometimes get you to loosen up the following week because you feel like you missed out... don't do it! stick with your tighter standards... the week you loosen up and add those "on the fence" games is the week they go 0-4 and you get burned...
