i think you are in the money in your straight wagers but i think georgia will pull this out. georgia has a good defense and offense is still unknown a school of this caliber always picks up good recruits

i really like ok state. freshman qb having to start his first game on the road. i think he will feel the pressure of having to match ok state score for score. ive run across a lot of people who seem to be backing the bulldogs...

Ok St pick will be fine... UGA, as usual, has inflated value going into the season... but the oddsmakers sure did post a big line to scare of that OSU action...
regarding teasers in CFB... not a fan!

I agree. Teasers are losers. You are getting ripped off big time with the odds. You are going to take a two team teaser and LAY 12/10? Not for me. Not when I can lay 11/10 for a straight wager, win one game, and recover most of my wager back. You are going to get paid 3/2 for your 7 point 3 team teaser. So if two of those teams win outright, and you play three separate wagers, you would hit at a 2/1 which is 66.7% instead of your 60% ratio. assuming that ALL 3 teams cover. That just reeks of a rip off. You have to cover all 3 games AND give the book over 6%. I don't think so. I agree with jp on this one.

Your right about Tenn's offense. They only scored 30 points once all year last season. Tenn has always had talent, the issue has been coaching. Kiffen might not be better, but it will be hard to be worse.
Tenn does have a senior QB, a returning O Line, a stud freshman RB in Bryce Brown on their side.
WKU is coming in having never beaten a Div 1a team (not that I can recall), a new QB, a new OC.

Going along with what jp1lsu said, Tenn will have no problem running up the score. It's Kiffin's debut and he could care less about the critics and ethics of the game, he'll go for 100. Also, WKU is, if not one of, the worst teams in Div 1 football. Being the first home game of the season, that stadium will be jacked up...and no mercy.

Careful with teasers, worst type of bet you can make in my opinion. Stick with straight wagers and mix in a parlay every now and then. Good luck with your card though.
