ECU -3 for 10 Units, this line may move up to 5 so I am locking this in.
Yes I know Kentucky plays in the SEC (where they were 2-6), and they are bigger faster etc,
Kentucky started the year of very fast against very powerful teams
; West Kentucy, Middle Tenn St, Norkfolk St, and Louisville 
but heres what they did in their last 8 games: Lost their last three in a row TENN, GEO, VANDY to end the year. They beat Arkansas by 1 and beat Miss St (2-6 conf), they even lost to South Carolina, and of course they lost to Alabama and Fla (no shame in that)
Kentucky is all banged up, they have lost players that equal 66% of their entire offensive production:
RB] Derrick Locke is out for the rest of the season. - Knee - 10/20/08
[RG] Stuart Hines is out indefinitely. - Knee - 10/07/08
[WR] DeMoreo Ford is out for the season. - Concussion - 11/10/08

ECU on the other hand has come a long way, they have 4 very good wins on their resume, W Va that beat NC in a bowl, They beat Va Tech, Memphis, and Tulsa (all bowl teams), they only give up 20 points a game and ended the year stronger offensively.
