nothern illinois' good defensive numbers might be smoke and mirrors after watching them get picked apart last week. this team has given up 31, 29, and 45 when they have faced good offense's this year. after watching what wyoming did to tenny last week you can throw that game out the window. central is avg. 420 yards of offense on the road and 27 ppg so they should be able to get at least that, and it doesnt matter who plays qb. as brunner has just as good numbers. illinois should be able to move the ball on the ground against this central defense. central is 11-2 over last 13 as a dog and 14-5 over last 19 road games. they are also 16-5 ats last 21 conf games and 7-1 ats against winning teams. central 31 northern 27

perfect weather conditions for kent tonight, rain and wind and the one thing they are good at is running the ball. they are averaging 250 yards rushing their last 3 games and temple has not been able to stop the run giving up 160 yards rushing per game this year. kent states defense sucks but this is tough spot for temple after pissing away the navy game and pretty much their season last week and having to head back out on the road in shitty weather. temple has only been this size road fave 6 times since 1992 and are 1-5 ats in those games. kent 27 temple 23
