Tavarez hurried back into this series to give them a speed threat in this series.  Is he ready I do not see how.  Look its one thing to look good in the international league or the PCL and looking good against major league pitching.  Also as I posted in one thread already you throw everyone off by juggling your lineup to put Willy T in.  I am not gonna say he is an automatic out, but either way the 18 game win strak was all games while Willy T was sidelines with his injury and Kaz was hitting leadoff, not with Willy T and Kaz hitting 1-2, which will move Tulo out of his familiar spot in the lineup.   It is an aggevious error unless it works, but an error that will not get blamed on Hurdle reguardless of the outcome.  Now if Willy actually has a decent series I admit will be a surprise and will help, but can&#x27;t see it!  DBacks fans appreciate Hurdle&#x27;s mistake as we take advantage and go to the World Series!

..and you know for sure they dont score more than 1 lousy earned run off Davis w/out taveras reinserted.... how?&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Lousy offensive outing, and it only took 1 game back for Taveras to upset an offensive machine that was smoking along. Well done, Clint. Better pray that pitching holds, because a 4.00 run avg (what theirs is since Tav returned) wont beat any AL team

Ever since Taveras was reinserted back into a lineup that was quite happy the way it was at the time, their offensive production has slowly broken down to the point where they have gone 3 straight games scoring in only 1 of 9 innings.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Since Taveras reinsertion, they&#x27;ve averaged 3.33 runs/game.&#xD;&#xA;Prior to his insertion, they averaged 5.33 runs/game in playoff games. &#xD;&#xA;Prior to his insertion, they averaged 6.52 runs/game since the beginning of their streak (which Taveras played no part in until his reinsertion)&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Even Rocky bloggers are questioning the beloved Mr.Taveras...&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;We&#x27;ve just got to score more next time. I would not mind if the Rockies kept Matsui and let Taveras seek employment elsewhere next year if they have to make fiscal cutbacks.  Tulo is the future of this franchise and he needs to be somehwere in the top half of the order.
