I am 57 years old and when I started betting they didn't offer a lot lines like they do today, and i just never got into betting, in my opinion the more stuff you bet a bigger chance to lose, or a higher % to lose, So I have no opinion on the 1st 5 inn, good luck on what ever you do, ff.
I am ignoring everything else in this tread just because it is now either irrelevant or just frustration boiling over, whether on your part or someone else's, but I do have this to contribute.
I am 71 so I can sympathize with your view of much fewer opportunities 50, 40, or 30 years ago when we formed our betting attitudes. What has happened in this day and age is that there are not only many more opportunities, far more options, but a whole universe of teams that didn't even make the board back then.
So, we have a thousand options daily and there is plenty of room for selective players, like you and I, or shotgun players that want to bet everything on the board for small amounts. There are winners/losers with both methods, but there is nothing intrinsically wrong with either method, it is up to the player to do as the prophet said, "Know Thyself".
Keep doing what you do if you feel that is best for you and those that choose to follow or not, or fade, are making a decision you cannot control and shouldn't be concerned about. BOL
Relax, this Bud's on me -->
