Jake Odorizzi of Tampa has a 1.28 era in his last 7 starts
Adam Wainwright has a 0.666 era over his last 7 starts
While the numbers favor Wainwright he didn't look so sharp in the All Star game. 3 hits and 3 earned runs in one inning. Besides pitching Jeter fat in that game what did he do that impressed you?

You could be right, I don't know much about line movement favoring a team, could you explain that?
Also I don't think the numbers add up that Odorizzi only has a 1.28 era over his last 7 starts.

I honestly do not scour the internet for information on all most all of plays, I will read a preview and check how the pitcher is doing in recent games or against that opponent, but I think a lot of information is learned by osmosis, meaning you just absorb it by paying attention to the season and picking things up off TV, reading some articles, noticing how players and teams are doing, and stuff like that. All I am going to say is that after following Major League Baseball for 15+ years this game looks like a spot to me where St. Louis should win. This game is more a lean than anything else and I will eat my words if I am wrong, but I like the line and I am going to take it, hoping to build some momentum after last night's Red Sox win. I recommend this game at -166 if you like it there and have a lot of money to throw at it with the juice too.

No I was recommending a line I took earlier, never said anything about reverse line movement, obviously if you can take him at lower than 166 do it I was just looking at a line from this morning. I sort of like the over in this game too so make that a play, TB/STL over 7.
I'm sticking with RL STL -1.5 (+155 (or better)).
Care to discuss other picks? I'd really like to get some of your opinion on these games.
