wagering gods on the west coast... zach duke starts his first game of
the season after 9 outings from the bullpen.... he has an ERA over 8 and
a 344 BAA and a WHIP of 1.73, and duke started 9 games for arizona in
2011 before his trade to the giants, and had a BAA of 324 and ERA of
4.93 in that stint as a starter. lefties are hitting duke at a robust
429 BAA.
enter ryan vogelsong. his ERA is over 8and WHIP nearly 2, and in his last 3 starts his WHIP of almost 3, and ERA over 13 is higher than the national debt!!! a 333 BAA and 17 walks in 41 innings will do that to a pitcher... ..combine that with several over trends for both teams and in the head to head match up, and the low total of 4 for the first 5, and 8 full game, and i have to OVER for both...forget a side, just bet the over and sit back and wait..
