#51 Posted: 1/16/2013 3:29:39 PM Bogey, I'm stickin' with both unders. Also playing them 1st Q under. Trying something new. Very small.
Not sure of your plays, too many ????.But I did tail Angle's ATL play, so I'm with ya there. I'm fading Washington coming to Sacramento.
I'll tail your college plays. BOL off to the range and maybe play 9. About 70 degrees out there, too nice to be indoors. |

#52 Posted: 1/16/2013 3:51:32 PM Hey there fellas, great stuff. Just wondering if someone can run a query about teams scoring less than 79 points one game and their ATS record next game 3 games? < 70 <65 etc I can't figure that thingy out.
Have been really busy, have a baby on the way due early June, received an offer to buy out my biz and just signed it over yesterday. Been a whirlwind 3 months! Glad I am able to tail some of the picks, just been so busy and involved with everything, kept on the downlow QT. Looking forward to hockey and picking those dogs and under chases. Cheers! |

I can tell you by doing the beatdown that you almost have to do it manually. The query can tell you what teams, then you can get the next game. Then resubmit and get the 2nd next game, etc. But I got a list of the teams and then have all the lines and results and went from their.
Interesting, sorta the opposite of beatdown.
points<79 will get you the teams that scored less than 79 points.
Let me add it to my spreadsheet...it'll take some time. |

Yes, congrats Newfie. Hope you can now devote full time to handicapping.
Bogey, kinda funny, I wore my son's shoes today. Size 12 for a 12 year old. With these raised arches. Too lazy to change shoes for 9 holes. Completely screwed me up. LOL |

#62 Posted: 1/17/2013 12:09:58 PM Afternoon and good morning to Moth. Couple N.B.A games Clipp at Minny. Clipp looks like giving 5 in Minnesota. Minny coming home from a 4 game midwest roadie playing the Clipp. tonite. Miami at LAL. Lakers -1- just have a feeling tonite they beat the Heat and cover the spread so I'm breaking my rule and playing the Lakers. Michigan playing in Minnesota and getting 3 points. Like Michigan tonite +3. Moth you have any thoughts? BTW keep another pair of shoes around size 12 for a 12 year old wow. |

#63 Posted: 1/17/2013 12:27:15 PM Thanks Bogey, I'm not breaking my rules about Lakers. But I do like the Lakers and the UNDER. Heard Kobe on the radio yesterday, team jellin' and trying to win 2 out of every 3 to get to the playoffs. Lot of talk about DEFENSE.
And Clips, is this 3rd game in 4 nights? 14th MEM,15th HOU, and now MINN. I see a let down. Minny played in Dallas, what's that about 2 hours in a suite with wings. Piece of cake.
I'll tail ya on Michigan +3. BOL
Playing 18 today, so out for a while.

#64 Posted: 1/17/2013 12:34:17 PM Newfie,
On 11/7 PHIL 77 - NOR 62. NOR won the next 3 ATS.
On 11/9 ORL 68 BRKL 107, ORL went on to W,L,W
On 12/21, WASH 68 DET 100, WASH went on to L,L,W
On 01/14, ATL 58 CHI 97, ATL won last night.
Doesn't happen very often, but worth a chase? |

#65 Posted: 1/17/2013 12:35:56 PM Nice chase winner with Atlanta, now 42-5.
NEW CHASE PLAY
PHX (ML) GM1 of 3
I have seen this line as a pick'em or Phx -1. Therefore the ML. If it goes to PHX + any points that is even better.
PHX ML is official line.
UNDER of the day won with Boston, now on 21-9 run.

I'm sure you are thinking about hedge, too bad there are 2 open. I'm sure they must be playing at same time or you would wait until first game result.
I don't know what I would do, probably cross my fingers and hope to win and if you lost only $25 down.
I hope you win.
GL to everyone, Angle out.

I think I would take some medium ML favorites, nothing too risky. |

#72 Posted: 1/17/2013 1:31:36 PM Nads, some help please with NBA SDQL
Beatdown with a twist.
Teams that lose by 25+ points and loser only scored less than 74 points.
And then the next matchup between those same 2 teams?
And the the next game for the loser?
Thanks in advance |

#73 Posted: 1/17/2013 3:00:52 PM Thank you for the well wishes fellas.
Thanks Moth, I was figuring it might be a decent 3 game chase play because I read a stat last year towrds the end that made light of it and only remembered in the past week of having a few games go under 79 and those teams appeared to play better next game out, or so it seemed. Something to keep an eye on for sure. Love the spreadsheets. |
