Damn Yankees couldn't get it done last night...Granderson sucks against LHP...it's pathetic. A-Rod...ugh I want Soriano back. Cardinals rolled which was huge.
Anyways, onto TUESDAY:

Reds got TWO games IN San Fransisco, and are completely dominating the Giants in this series. Cincinnati is starving and won't let up today. Solid numbers against Vogelsong, and a better bottom-half of the lineup. I'll take Rolen, Hanigan, and Stubbs over Belt, Blanco, and Crawford any day of the week. Not to mention, Homer Bailey has 5 career doubles and 13 RBI . Vogelsong for a while was going down the James McDonald road of self-destruction, yet somehow hung onto his rotation spot. He should get pounded more today than a veal scallopini.

#25 Posted: 10/9/2012 3:31:26 PM Oh my dear......Mauler you go and think the impossible again.....I called you out on the Cards/Braves game and I'm doing it again here.....Bailey is going on an emotional roller coaster........No-hitter.....shortened outing at STL.....originally slated for Game 4 and now has to go a day early in his preperation for quite possibly the biggest start of his career!
On the other hand you have a Giants team that was embarrassed at home and playing for pride and playoff lively hood......Vogelsong was near perfect in his stretch down the end giving up 1 run in his last 3 outings.....and on his regular rotation
Give me the SF ML and the over..........6-3 Giants! |
