at least right now, The Rays games, under.  Their games have gone under the total 14 of the last 17 games. Let me quickly recite you the total runs in those games starting July 19 (CLE).

6,7,3,3,4,11,8,4,3,2,7,8,5,2,4,1,5

That's 4.88 runs per game total. Opponents were CLE, SEA, BAL (6 games), LAA, OAK, TOR. Add 5 tonight for the game that just ended 3-2 Rays  (*15-3 now), another under, (7.5). Hope you guys are paying attention.

No fluke here, the talent laden lefty Matt Moore, is figuring this pitching thing out, Hellickson has pitched well for the most part recently and James Shields has looked like the 2011 Shields his last 2 starts. And they can't hit. Not sure even Longoria can make that big of a difference. Yea, they'll be better, but offensive juggernaut? Not gonna' happen folks. The perfect combination-

The girlfriend read this and wonders why I didn't mention Fernando Rodney. She's right. He gave up a home run tonight increasing his ERA from 0.70 to 0.85 for his 34th save (1 blown). That'll help an under. Just for you honey-

So we run it back again-

TOR/TB under 7.5, -120

other plays,

TB - .5, 1H, -120

HOU +160 vs WASH, Don't laugh, Harrell has been the pitcher on the mound for them in their last 2 wins and has been oustanding @ home, 6-1, 2.02 ERA. HOU has played tough this series against the Nats and may catch the breaks today.

also UNDER 7.5 this game, -115, and

HOU + .5, 1H, +100

As always, good luck to all!!

Paidon and Ross

Rosshuff, last time I played Hou, Harrell pitched against McDonald and the Pirates, a big win for me that day. I think a good spot for them today again.

Booty? And people wonder why the Dolphins are my favorite team

Rays home unders have hit 64% since the beginning of the 2011 season. It's the easiest bet in baseball.

TB -.5, 1H

I may lose this under today but it's a play I will look at everyday until things dramatically change-

Come on USA womens soccer team! 1-0!

Looks like the only series without a home under was with the Mets and Oakland. Oakland was OPO.

I had an angle on the Rays that was 16-1 in the last 17 times its appeared this season:In the third game of the series, bet the home team favorite that has won at least its last two games AND lost its last game-and just its last game-played on this day of the week.

This is why I do day of the week and game oF the series streaks.I believe that is the future in selecting.

TB under, just a note, TB got 13 hits, only 1 XB (double by Longo) and only 5 of the 7 runs were earned (2 TOR errors). Balk by Moore in 1st gives TOR their only run.

Gold to the USA girls. Great game and 3 great saves by Hope Solo!
