Is this strictly for capping totals? Will the umps with tighter zones lead to more runs due to walks? Sorry, kinda confused as to what I am looking at. Thanks and best of luck.

The Under umps usually have a higher wider strike zone to call more men out Over umps have the tight zone which allow more base runners and pitcher to throw down the middle

Umps with big zones will be above 63%. Umps with small zones will be around or below 62%.
