i respect your research and insight, grow up please. What can I say. You seem to fit the description of being very unlikable. Maybe if you are looking for me to not respond to your comments it would be best if you just moved along without making any comment at all. Just a thought, teacher (Since i'm the teenager)... |

I was toying with adding the Tigers TT to my play all day and after reading this, I pulled the trigger
Good Luck to Us

Looking for safety in a bet that involves lots of juice is not something I would recommend using in the same sentence. If you must be inclined to take an over in this game the o9(+105) is much more inclined IMO to be labeled a safer selection than the o4(-130) Tigers (tt). That said there is a good chance both can hit tonight of course but there is never anything safe about laying -130 or more.
FYI, I have no problem with either wager as I have laid -130 myself (Usually when I do though i'm getting a +RL of either 1st 5inn +0.5 or FG +1.5). I just don't like the safety comment as there is no comfort ever when laying in excess of -130+... |

gl This is true but it Jimenez still fits the category of Tiger success this season and he still holds a bb/9 of 4.5 at home this season and a home k/9 of just 5.19. Those are nothing compared to his career k/9 of 8.07 and his bb/9 career which is 4.02...
Ubaldo's success has always been hinged on being able to strikeout batters. If he doesn't have that (which he clearly does not right now) then his bb/9 rises while the k/9 get's lower.
It's all probability and figuring out why he may or may not have had a little bit more success at home compared to the road should not change the probability that the Tigers have had success both on the road and at home vs .1.5 whip pitchers... |

#37 Posted: 5/22/2012 5:25:41 PM Lefties are hitting 308/344/538 and that is no coincidence as he is a sinkerballer and lefties have a lot more success against lefties and Indians have 8 lefties going tonight and collectively have hit him to a tune of .339 with a slugging percentage of .675. Those my friends are some gaudy numbers

I just hate the play. Believe it or not, I have made 12 bets on porcello winning, and ALL of them have come out to be losses. He's on my "NO MORE BETS, PLEASE" List

Nobody gives a rat's behind what you think fedex.
No reason to be jealous Odds of NBAfan. He's one of the better handicappers here.
Always liked you Odds but I think your're wrong on this one, this has Indians win by 2+ runs written all over it. |

Here is what Clevelands lineup is putting out vs RHP tonight on the season:
Choo .348 Kipinis .284 Cabrera .284 Hafner .273 Santana .274 Brantley .259 Damon .146 Kotchman .224 Lopez .265
I'm also liking the over after reviewing this. It's also nice to review that Ubaldo's splits have provided a whip of 2.09 vs LHB compared to a whip of 1.3 vs RHB. Same for your "sinkerballer" Porcello as LHB have forced a higher whip of 1.5 compared to a 1.32 vs RHB...
I'm hooked on the over now as well...
Cle/Det o9(+105)5u(Jimenez/Porcello)...
nice find fedex11204 |

I truly believe ump's to be over rated and should be treated no more so than a pitchers babip. Lot's of luck hinged on an ump determining an outcome of your wager IMO. Not for me... |

How? Not by the line.......
When everyone wants to call Porcello a piece of garbage and fade, fade, fade - then when I'll pound. pound. pound.
This Tigers team is hitting .333 off Ubaldo in their careers - and we aren't talking 20 or 30 AtBats.....
46-138 - only Boesch, Dirks, and Santiago are NOT hitting .300 -vs- Ubaldo in their careers.
Porcello has been very successful @ Progressive Field, also.
Again - everybody wants to fade, fade, fade - look to pound. pound. pound. Porcello. |

Please take your drama and keep it within one of your other aliases you may have running a muck in the public forums. As far as i'm concerned you and NBAfan can sail away on a boat fit for 2 on a never ending course while discussing how good you guys may be at handicapping what ever it is you 2 do from your day job cubicles... |

#47 Posted: 5/22/2012 5:58:43 PM Well The ump is Scott Barry .........I have him in my notes as a guy with a small strike zone although his 63%+ strikes percentage suggests otherwise. Regardless I am on the over F5

Solid ump stats - I dig garbage like that.
I am a bit scared of the OVER, though... a Porcello OVER @ 9 for +money.
Too weird for me to play. But best of luck to you gents. |
