#5 Posted: 5/17/2012 10:36:51 PM Thought Volquez would pitch much better, he looks like when he used to pitch for the Reds. No where near the strike zone and then he gets nervous. Headley will have to put on a mustache and bat 4 times in this line up lolol. |

#8 Posted: 5/17/2012 11:33:56 PM Padres are a pathetic baseball team. Can't hit, can't field and by definition they blow up their pitchers because they give up 4 and 5 out innings. And I live in SD |

#12 Posted: 5/17/2012 11:44:10 PM good call..... one thing i noticed is that on a short term basis they can win games without kemp, in his last 5 games he didn't record a single hit and they won all of those and put up a ton of runs

#13 Posted: 5/17/2012 11:45:19 PM Gotcha well after I saw the lineup the Padres had I just put my head down and shook it bc I figured some money was just thrown out the window.
Not too mention I have found teams coming home off a long road trip usually win the first game and have a let down during the 2nd like this game and the same with the Rangers earlier this week. |

#15 Posted: 5/18/2012 12:20:03 AM good call HAM...the public was drinking the SD juice after they won as dogs last night...the books flipped the switch and everyone fell for it. dodgers were the trap yesterday and SD today. just like what they're doing with the NBA playoff totals
