Dissapoining outcome but i thought rangers played great..gotta tip your cap to holbty..but if rangers can play like they did last night Tom..you gotta think they win

Def. Caps got one incredibly cheap goal that proved to be the difference-maker. Onto tomorrow though...

Also a LOT of "missed" calls against the visitor. (AGAIN)

Was a good game and Del Zotto ringing the iron twice in the 3rd was tough. Cheering for the Rags but have to give Holtby the game puck as he played well.

Josh Hamilton (back) is out of the Rangers' starting lineup for the second straight day Tuesday.

Hamilton hasn't played since leaving Sunday's game with back spasms. It's not a major concern, but the Rangers are playing it safe with the injury-prone outfielder. David Murphy will make the start in left field Tuesday while Craig Gentry plays center.
