As of now it is, and all i am doing is showing the numbers. What i have noticed the last few years in baseball and hockey is that the favorites are key plays for the first 5 weeks of each season.
I am definitely not saying "play all dogs and win" i am just providing information.

Now the question is this, do the favorites start winning for a regression to the mean or do the dogs keep barking?

If you had put $100 on every dog every game, you would be up $6895. The Favs has a 196-198 record so the DOG stands at a 198-196 record. That's before today's games

dogs are usually good in april and may but the favs will have some great streaks too later on, happens every year!

You would actually be up $4849, still not a shabby start for anyone.
