#5 Posted: 10/22/2009 11:58:36 PM Sorry to say it, but I'm glad you guys lost for two selfish reasons:
1. I obviously want to see a longer series especially 7 because it would help the Phils because the Yanks/Angels rotations would be fucked up
2. I really didn't want to wait until next Wednesday to watch baseball again

makes perfect sense on both accounts....Game 7 would be a Philly fan's dream

#14 Posted: 10/23/2009 12:08:21 AM Talk about what happened tonight
1. Blame Girardi
2. Blame Burnett
3. Blame bullpen
4. Ask Swisher, after a walk and a hit batsman, why he swung at the first two pitches
5. Blame ARod (sorry, that's been the standard for so many years, had to trot it out one more time)
6. Ask "What would Joe have done"?
7. Ask, after Vlad swings at curve in the dirt, you throw him a fastball next pitch
8. Who has funnier headline about the loss in the paper, Post or Daily News?
9. Ask Tim McCarver, how, with Derek Jeter on the team, the Yankees EVER lose a game...........
10. Ask Joe Buck when the next fucking promo for "House" is coming up |

#21 Posted: 10/23/2009 3:29:58 PM This is really funny-how about breathing for a change? Yankees will still win one way or another. Umpires will see to it if nothing else |

#22 Posted: 10/23/2009 4:01:04 PM I think the Yankees need a rain-out tomorrow and have Sabathia go on Sunday.....I wouldn't want to mess with Pettite and a possible Game 7.......Of course, Saunders is a mess, maybe the rain won't matter.
As for tonight, well |
