#1 Posted: 10/20/2009 7:49:37 PM Anyway we can have this thread for Yankee fans/backers and have Angels fans/backers make another thread so the trash talking is held to a minimum? Yesterday got WAAAY out of control. I doubt it but lets see how this works.
Lets Go Yankees!!!!! |

Big game, I've been preaching all day. CC's time to shine, this is his first challange in the postseason as a Yank, he's not at home, pitching Game 1, with a clicking Yankee offense, he's on the road, fighting momentum, 3 days rest, a huge Game 4. Make or break. A lose tonight & Burnett vs Lacky in LA, could be bad.
LET'S GO YANKEES! |

#12 Posted: 10/20/2009 7:56:45 PM Tex is going to get his bat back tonight. He hits Kazmir well and hopefully brings that into this game to bust out of this slump. |

I was devistated yesterday. If I had money on it...I would have gone crazy. I couldn't put myself in a situation to bet the Yankees in the postseason.
With that said...lets get on the board early...knock out Kazmir early...and take Game 4 early. Kinda like the 11-0 game the Phillies had against the Dodgers in Game 3. |

#14 Posted: 10/20/2009 7:59:16 PM I get the feeling that Angel fans are waiting for Vlade to break out also but his playoff history is suspect as well. |

#17 Posted: 10/20/2009 8:02:18 PM Maybe getting picked off was good...that bat would have been really close to getting Jeter. |
