Note: I have changed my Play of My Career title to Play of the Day.  This does not change the strength of my play at all, I just did not want to hear anymore from people about how these plays came back to back to back, etc.  It is just a title for the play, let's not get too carried away.
 
Play of the Day Record: 3-1
 
Detroit Tigers +105
 
Tough loss last night with the Braves playing some suspect defense in the bottom of the 7th inning, and then just running into some interesting double plays last night in the 8th inning when they had a solid rally going.  Either way I am not making excuses at all, I was on the wrong side of that game and it brought me my first loss with my larger plays.  With that being said, I never was going to go undefeated with those plays, but I will have a pretty high win percentage we these plays.  Either way, 75% on those plays is extremely cash, especially since I bet the same amount on those plays.  Just a reminder, if you do choose to follow my plays, I highly urge you to do the same.  Don't chase my plays, dont bet more on one play of the day, than the next....just keep it all even across the board.

It's one of those interesting things in life...I have the Tigers winning this game and I have money on them as well, but at the end of the day my twins need to pick up games in the division

sorry Ea...not a big totals guy in the MLB...I do like the Under 8.5 Runs in the KC/OAK game tonight though.  BOL

I'm on the Rays but as I stated in my thread, I think this will be a very close game... Probaby a one runner for the victor

Alright MrHeadache you are a Twins fan too!!!  Good to see I am not the only jacka$$ that still cheers for these losers.  It is good to see that the Twins how make moves to strengthen their bullpen and perhaps even acquire Rich Harden to strengthen the rotation.  However, this team could easily already be in first place if they would have gotten their head out of their a$$ last month when both DET and CWS was basically giving them the division.  If they lose this division I place blame strickly on their in ability to execute in the clutch.  What happened last night is what almost always happened in the dome several years ago.  NO ONE and I mean NO ONE wanted to come to the dome and play Minnesota.  I hope they put it together for this last stretch but unfortuantely time is running out and Jimmy has the Tigs rolling.  Sigh I just had to get that out!!!

On to today's game.  I have been going back and forth on this game.  I can see both sides here.  Ultimately you are getting the Tigers at home with either little to no juice.  I kinda lean with the Tigers.

I will probably play the Tigers really small and be happy with the W or L.  That being said, I am not so sure that the Twins are going to pull off a win tonight against CWS with Nicky on the mound.  He has been bad, bad, bad lately.  Of course the Twins at home with little to no juice is also a great value play no matter who it pitching.  Maybe last nights come from behind victory will spark them.  Enough rambling already.  BOL!

Well I can tell you this much...the White Sox are in a huge slump, and it does not get any easier at all...they hate playing at the dome...ask their manager, ask their players...they can not play well here and their record indicates that.  This is an old ball club in the field and at the plate, and they just will not be able to get it done on the road after getting beat up this entire road trip.  It's tough mentally for the sox to come in here and play.

my twins better win now...not just because I am going to lose this Tigers bet and I will need some of those winners later today, but the Twins again will have a chance to pick up a game on DET.

Agreed!!!  IF the Tigers lose and it ain't over until it is over then Twins NEED to win tonight.  Otherwise I am going to   BOL!
