Hawks are faster and forecheck better. Scoring chances are going to be equal though and more frequent than folks expected.

Look for the Bruins to consider being more conservative game 2 and swapping Krug for Bartkowski, maybe even Redden.

Horton will likely save his ? dislocated ? shoulder for game 3 which means Soderberg or Caron for game 2.

Bruins will try to beat up the Blackhawks. Expect more physical behavior. Maybe penalties too. Expect more thrown in shots and crashing to the net.

Blackhawks will try to get their stretch, neutral zone going. Expect more breakouts to test Rask.

Expect more shots on the power plays rather than looking for the perfect shot.

IF I was to put Matt Bartkowski in, I would bench Ference &#xD;&#xA;if it&#x27;s NO Nathan Horton for game 2, that presents a major problem for Julien. WHO do you replace him with on that line? Seguin? that is trading "pit bull for poodle". Jagr? he&#x27;s big BUT he&#x27;s soft. guess Julien could put in Soderberg. he has size BUT hasn&#x27;t played these playoffs and only 6 games this regular season

I expect Seguin to go there and earn his millions...right now.  Forward depth will be a big issue and Bruins turnovers, if not improved, will be their undoing.

btw, DrJ, i just revisited 2011. remember how bummed out everyone in Boston was coming back to TD Gardens down 0-2 to the "speedy Canucks" and only scoring 2 goals those 1st two games? AND then again when they lost Game 5 @ Vancouver 0-1 to be "on the brink"?&#xD;&#xA;Game 6 @ Boston 5-2 Bruins and Game 7 @ Vancouver 4-0 Bruins

I do have a series bet on the Hawks, but even putting that aside I think game 2 is a Blackhawks or no bet...aside from the fact they are an obvious good overall team it seems they are catching breaks especially on home ice. If Hawks go up 2 games to rip I can see the Bruins and/or under for game 3 because they will be playing for their lives, ie go down 3-0 and its all but over

LRR, I went to that 0-1 game 5.  Wore my Bobby Orr through downtown and at the game.   Lets see how Chicago likes it.   I love great hockey and hope to see another great game.  I won&#x27;t get down until home ice falls for the Bs.  There will be no quit in this veteran team.  They may lose but it won&#x27;t be from lack of max effort.

I think the hit on Horton in game three lit a fire in the Bruins that was the turning point of that series,  after game 5 i placed a series bet on bruins at &#x2B;600.  I placed a cup future on the Hawks early on at &#x2B;855(200/1710) this year and feel pretty good about it, but know Ill probably have to sweat it out.

If Boston drops game two, I have a difficult time seeing them win both at home, meaning heading to game five in Chicago, the Hawks could very well be leading this series 3-1. Game two is ever so important for Boston.

Hey OnlyGod,  I&#x27;m here in Chi for game 2.   I went to game five in Van.  Mom is still alive.  Mom in law still alive.  Their expenses cut in to my gambling habit.  Plus I quit giving a crap about politics.  Life goes on.  Pinball wizard,  a blowout tomorrow for Chi is a bad sign.  A close win by Chi and I&#x27;m still not nervous.   I have no bet on this game, I bet on the series,  I will bet Bs game 3 unless Chi looks dominant game 2.
