I agree, predicted it at the beginning of season. Felt the Hawks and B's were the two most complete teams. Also felt with all the injuries the hawks had last year they were due for a strong year. The Bruins had the most players actively playing during lockout and they are a veteran team so the lockout didn't hurt them. Good luck to your hawks hookem. Been checking your threads for the last few years. You usually have a good eye for the pucks. Keep it up.

The Kings will get mean soon enough. This series will get very intense Richards, Carter and Kopitar will wake up. You will see a very different effort by the Kings tomorrow night. This series will be very entertaining both teams are great teams

Effort and getting mean is not going to work against the hawks, they are too good...the Kings have to come tomorrow with a plan if they wanna have a chance and I think they have to focus on 2 things:
1. Watching tapes of the Detroit series and looking at how they were able to take space away/make it hard for Toews/Hossa/Kane/Sharp...today they were dancing around their net all night. This might be difficult to do though since Detroit are a much better skating team than the Kings.
2. Forechecking! Chicagos weakness is their transition from D to Forward, in other words how they bring the puck up the ice, Canucks were a well conditioned team in the past that had figured this out, which was how they always made it tough on Chicago, Detroit emulated that as well in the last series to a certain extent. Chicagos D make risky plays up the middle or across the ice, and they do make mistakes once in a while when they are pressured properly.
