we saw another kid who gets mentioned at times in the sam league as crosby because of his "intangibles" act like a baby and no threads were created to bash him or anywhere near the same amount of venom spewed in his direction

Yes I would take him on my team. He grew up in my back yard. Watched him play minor hockey. He does benefit the game but he would be much more like able if he wasn't a whiny little bitch!!

If he quit with the crying and got some toughness he might garner some more respect (speaking for myself). But in my opinion he is a great talent but doesn't have that "Captain" mentality yet. He lacks that toughness that a Lucic (for example) has.
As for best in the world, I actually heard that most NHL players say Datsyuk is the best player in the league. Of course, I'm a homer but that is what many players have said.

Ask 30 GMs and owners who they would take with the first pick if Crosby was in that draft who the heck would they take Crosby so don't even talk he isn't the best player. That's always been Crosby's one weakness: due to his youth and history of dominating every player he has gone up against, when it doesn't go his way he can be frustrated. I first say it a couple of years ago when the Habs did the unthinkable and beat the Caps and Pens in back to back series. P.K Subban really got under his skin and got him off of his game.
This being said, when you have so much talent and have to deal with other players taking liberties and trying to take advantage of refs who always call less penalties in the playoffs, it would upset anyone. If the game was based purely on skill, Crosby's teams would win the Cup every year.
He can prove himself a leader right now. As Toews did in the series against the Wings when he lost his composure in the penalty box; he needs to be the first to drive to the net and fight through the stifling Bruins D. He has to keep his cool and make sure he and all of his teammates use their speed and wear down the Bruins.
For the record. I recall stating that if the Leafs had beaten the Bruins the sky was the limit. I said this because I knew that Boston was the toughest match up for the Leafs (and the Leafs the toughest match for the Bruins). The Leafs had success against the Bruins because they were able to use their speed against the slow Bruins D and they had men not afraid to go to the net (Lupol and Van Reimsdyk in particular).
If the Pens play Boston's game they still could win as they are that deep, but they will have a huge hill to climb. They need to use their speed and go to those areas they don't like to go...in front of the Bruins net. Goals don't have to be pretty but they all count the same. Furthermore, no success on the Pens powerplay means no success against the Bruins.
