2. You just get one selection so be decisive.
3. No changing your mind after you have posted, unless you are a girl.
This will be the 4th installment of this kind of thread. So far the majority of the forum has picked the Cup winner twice and predicted the runner up (Canucks) the other time while the actual winner that year (Bruins) came second in selections. Pretty stellar pickings by the forum overall. Last year the Kings were the majority selection before the regular season began and they did in fact win the Cup. Below are last years tally of predictions.
Kings 6
Sharks 5
Canucks 5
Bruins 3
Hawks 3
Caps 3
Devils 3
Lightning 3
Sabres 2
Ducks 2
Wings 1
Flyers 1
Rangers 1
Penguins 1 Lots to be sorted out yet so no need to rush in but I figured I would post it now in case any peeps feel strongly enough about their 2013 Stanley Cup Champion Prediction to post into stone in here now. Let's see if the majority can pick the champs once again. Almost time to drop the puck once again fellas!

Give me the Big B's Boston Briuns
Couple question marks on this squad but being able to retain 12 of your core players from the Stanley cup wining team and the team that went 29-7 for the first 3 months of the regular season last year. Can Tukka live up to the hype he was in 2010? Will Horton be back and will he be the same player? I'll go out on a limb and say this team gets it done one more time
Oh and enjoy the hockey season PB |

Put me down for the ST LOUIS BLUES
Playoff seasoned, and two goalies strong which will benefit them in a shortened season |

#24 Posted: 1/9/2013 11:35:58 PM Young as hell, eager as beavers, tough enough and talented too. Why not us?
Luke Schenn will need to blossom on the d-line and I think he will as do most when they shed the blue bud from chest. They have to give Brandon Manning more play on defense, love that kid! The Russian circus in net is once again where our hopes and dreams rest. Something tells me he has a very good season but I don't know if that's just my old soul full of wishful thinking or not...They need to start beating the Rangers for starters.
