I'd like to know too. I know hockey well myself, but would love to look at other angles as well.

Hockey is one of the most difficult sports to cap IMO.

I remember last year I had success looking at trends from the Covers site...Seems like some teams dont play well against certain other teams.

I remember seeing trends where a team had something like 3 wins in their last 15 games on road against certain team.

Some will say that is small sample but hey, these are some examples.

WHO AM I?

A nobody really!

Cheers

Poster: HAPPY CAP

He is so far ahead of the field that second best would need a space shuttle to catch up!

He's a school teacher and tends to loiter around playgrounds, but if you can get past that ominous behavior, his selections, especially on game totals are nothing short of golden.

the good thing, with a few exceptions, there is not much of home-ice-advantage in the nhl.

blues, sharks, bruins are very strong at home

I liked Zeehaus last year, not sure if he is around any more. He had a really good record. Hockey is hard to cap, exactly right about certain teams owning other teams regardless of the standings. Eager to look at the schedule and see if there is any 3 games in 4 days road trips.

Happycap is the only guy still active that wins and makes any sense whatsoever.

Another poster called Depressed, he hasn't been seen in two years tho.

Masterofnhl was incredible, but again, not seen in years..
