best of luck to the forum!
I don't know!!!
looks like the "Mo" has turned for the Devils. ALL the pressure is on the Kings and Quick after the last two games. will there be a "time warp" back the 1942? doubtful BUT it COULD happen.
looks like the "Larry Lock" has the Kings completely frustrated and, like I read in another post, "it's Quick vs a LEGEND" in goal. Kings BETTER "close out" Monday OR "der Konig kase bekommt verbindlich" (the Kings chesse gets binding)
the Kings line is lower than for the first two in LA @ Devils +155 Kings -165 @ LVH superbook

we all know about the 1942 Leafs "lazarus" BUT I'm wondering HOW many Stanley Cup finals teams have come back from down 0-3 to make it 3-3 ONLY to FALL SHORT in Game 7 ???

looks like a 0-3 to 3-3 comback just twice in the Finals, both back in the 1940's
according to https://www.whowins.com/2012series/nhl2012o.html,
Ignoring win order; considering site order: The team leading 3-games-2 with site order VVHHV (L.A. Kings) has the following best-of-7 playoff series and games record through the 2012 NHL Semifinals. series record, NHL only, Finals round: 5-4 (.556). Game 6 record, NHL only, Finals round: 4-5 (.444)
Considering win order; ignoring site order: The team leading WWWLL irrespective of site order (L.A. Kings) has the following best-of-7 playoff series and games record through the 2012 NHL Semifinals. series record, NHL only, Finals round: 1-1 (.500). Game 6 record, NHL only, Finals round: 0-2 (.000)

maybe "alles vogelscheisse" (all birdshit) because, like VD pointed out, the data basis is SO small because the situation is SO rare
the Kings line is lower than for the first two in LA @ Devils +155 Kings -165 @ LVH superbook
now Devils +150 Kings -160

The SCFinals have ended in # games...
4 games - 20 times (last in 1998)
5 games - 7 times
6 games - 19 times
7 games - 16 times
(stats per NHL Network)
LET'S GO KINGS...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the Kings had lost the first two games in NJ and then won games 3, 4 and 5 I'd be more concerned because they would be trying to win thier 4th in a row in game 6... but since they lost the last two (which they were both in those games)... I like them to rebound and get 'er done on Monday Night in front of the "HockeyWood" crowd... It's in the script...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know they counted on the scoreboard but the two NJ goal were so rare they would not see two like that again in 500 games... and they got then BOTH in one game.
Marty played well... but face it... the goal post behind him have played well also these last two games.
In game 6... I think the Kings grab a 2-0 first period lead and add 1 more in the 2nd period before adding an ENG late for a 4-0 winner.
Time for Martina Brodeur to "fade into Bolivian" as Mike Tyson once said.
