#1 Posted: 4/7/2012 10:05:32 PM Florida Cats win their last vs Carolina SO....
Rangers vs Senators
Bruins vs Capitals
Panthers vs Devils
Penguins vs Flyers

in the West, the Coyotes are up 4-1 on the Wild with 11 minutes to go in the 3rd SO they should lock up the Pacific division and the 3rd seed.
Canucks vs Kings or Sharks
Blues vs Sharks or Kings
Coyotes vs Blackhawks
Predators vs Red Wings |

I agree. Heavy chalk on all three I Imagine. My guesses, Rangers -350, Pens -225, Bruins -320, Devils -300 |

Can't see Bruins being that high, same with Devils.
Hockey lines are usually low.

#11 Posted: 4/7/2012 10:38:51 PM Pens -225. I don't think it will be that high. more like Penguins -150 to 170 because of "home ice". Devils will definately be the fav vs Florida. Rags and B's will probably be around -300.
out WEST it will be "be careful what you wish for" with the Canucks and Sharks. they will both be pretty big favs and could BOTH get upset. Coyotes vs Bhawks probably close to a flat bet and Predlies a slight fav vs the RW's
yesterday @ South Point the Coyotes were the "Big Dog" for the Cup @ 35-1 with the Senators a close 2nd @ 32-1 |

#15 Posted: 4/7/2012 11:37:39 PM As a Ranger fan, I think Ottawa was the absolute worst first round matchup of them all. (Caps, Panthers, Sens)
The Sens have played the Rangers really well this year. Would not overlook them by any stretch.

#16 Posted: 4/7/2012 11:48:35 PM Anyone who wants to go on New Jersey should hit the lines as soon as they come up, that's what I will be doing since I could see the line changing big time throughout the day. other then that I feel like we will certainly at least have one upset in the east, just who knows which one it will be

#17 Posted: 4/7/2012 11:49:47 PM Sens LUCKED out big time not playing the Bruins.
I'm very interested in who plays the Blues. Their lack of experience and goal scoring is a big concern.
Pens at -225 would be insanely high IMO but many aren't even giving Philly a shot so I guess we will see.
Devils might be the highest juice we have ever seen for a 6th seed

#18 Posted: 4/7/2012 11:54:35 PM ya kind of funny that a 6th seed team will be quite the favorite against the 3rd, my guess is that the line for NJ is -130, can't see it being more then -140 when it opens up

Disagree. I think the line is going to open much higher. Not saying it's justified, but if they open it that low they have to know the crazy Devils action they'll get. The only choice is to overcompensate the other way.

You are basically betting on Crawford who if I recall correlty doesn't have the greatest numbers vs Phoenix. Hawks without Toews is a series Smith can steal.

Rangers -250
Bruins -210
Pens -165
Devils -140
I like Ottawa to give a good fight, Boston, Pens in 7, and Panthers in an upset.. they dont play shootout in the playoffs |
