#32 Posted: 2/24/2012 1:29:29 AM Don't wanna speak for him HOWEVER last night Covers member SharpAction had Winnipeg -1 1/2 PL at home vs Tampa Bay and went into the 3rd period up by a 4-0 score. TB got one with 9 minutes left in the 3rd and THEN scored TWICE more in the last minute of the game so the Jets only won 4-3.
That Really Sucked for SA. |

The Next day I have a 3 team parlay that would of paid $792.34 exactly and the Nucks are up 2-0 in DallAS AND MANAGE TO friggin LOSE THE GAME. 3-2 |

VaNucks at home vs Wild (I believe)... VaNucks score an empty net goal to go up by two with under a minute left... THEN...
... The Wild score twice to send it into OT and WIN the GAME over VaNucks.
I was not on that game but remember that the forum exploded with all kinds of rants... Wish we had those threads to look back on and light on fire again. |

On the boxscore it says the goal came with 2 seconds remaining but I was watching the game and It was actually 1.9 seconds after they looked at the clock again... Plenty of time afterwards to get off a one timer off the faceoff and win in regulation.
I once took an offensive end faceoff with 4 seconds left in the game... drew the puck smoothly back to my point man and he buried it into the net with a one timer... shocked the crap outta the other team. It was awesome Baby 
I know... 1.9 seconds is not enough from center ice... but I've seen it done from the offensive faceoff circle with the center scoring just as the puck had hit the ice off the drop by the official. It can be done... but not from center ice.
