Look at the N/O Spurs game last night. NO looked good all the way till the 4th quarter till the explosion happwened. Its the only sport where nothign is over till the final buzzer. Look at the Detroit game where Magic were +6.5 and ended up losing by 7 to to the off the ball foul and then free throws where that SHOULD NOT have happened.
At least in football, a backdoor feels bad but it takes a whole damn drive for it to happen. In NBA, its different. One stupid foul can cost you the game.
Now i dont have to frustrate myself betting the NBA. I just do baseball now but i just lay heavy chalk though that wont be profitable in the long run but i am not looking at it that way. Just look for an easy win and quit for the day. If i am down, go do same thing next day. It feels greeat when you take heavy chalk in baseball like -170 and in the 5th inning you are up 6-2.
I never understood the idea of buying points in NBA. I mean if you have +5.5 and want to buy up to 6 you have to lay -120. I also see some people here buying up to 3 POINTS. Isn't that like laying -170 or something like that?
And why in the world do people bet ML on favorites like taking the Lakers when you have to lay around -450. You have a damn better chance at laying -200 in a baseball game b/c that sure has a better chance b/c in the NBA, anything can happen.
Just want to say my last 2 days have been SO less frustration and nerveracking since i stopped betting on the NBA. Even if you are doing good for 1st 3 quarters, the 4th quarter is ALL that matters in the NBA. Who cares if a team is up 17-14 then 42-37.... its TOO EARLY.
Anyone else feel this way? Ahhh, just going to enjoy the game with no wager on it and obviously bet some baseball game with heavy chalk later tonight
