Why SA favors by -2 after a blowout by Miami?

because vegas isn't stupid and won't overreact to one game.  you can also say this line should be spurs -3, so vegas moving the line a whole point is actually a pretty significant reaction.

not all blow-outs are the same.  it was a tight competative game with a score of 62-61 for the spurs with 3 min left in 3rd q. and the spurs just had a terrible 6 minute stretch.  It happens to the best of teams.. in a matter of a couple of min, the heat opened it up to 75-65... spurs had a few bad possesions in a row, the heat scored on their posseions and all of a sudden it was a 17 point game two minutes into the 4th.  Rest of the way was essentially garbage time, as the spurs starters knew it was done even though they didn't officially come out until the 7 minute mark.

wouldn't surprise me if spurs win game 2.  I am on the heat to win the series and i certainly don't feel like anything has been decided one way or the other..

How can you expect a road team to give points to a home team that is 35-6 at home? 

SPURS played back and forth with the Heat for every qrtr except the 4th qrtr on Sunday. Looks like they lost commitment to their shots, plus the Heat scrubs were burying 3s off the dbl team on James.

SAS will not fold up their tents at home. Heat scrubs will not be burying miracle 3s, and Andersen will be chop blocked in the lanes on garbage rebound put backs.

Spurs can go 2-1 at home, still be up 3-2 going back to Miami for the finale. They could even sweep at home, give Heat a quick ticket back to South Beach.

Well if you're getting that precise and cocky about it, which other game will the Heal lose?

Lines are set to get even money on both sides.  Not an even number of bets, but money.  Lines are adjusted as needed.  I predicted SA -3, so I was close.

If the Heat wins Game 3, look for SA to be favored by 4 in Game 4.  Maybe even 5 to get even money.
