I really don't care about LeBron, but the guy one of the greatest seasons ever and no one was even close.

Carmelo getting a 1st place vote is an insult.

Who cares about 1 vote..The fact is Lebron will win more NBA MVP s than Jordan even though Air Jordan got screwed out of at least 3 I can think of..90,93& 97 come to mind.

I agree with you here, I don't really care about the MVP.  I care more about playoff wins and NBA titles.

He absolutely deserved mvp but not unanimous. There were other great players that had great seasons. Durant melo and kobe had huge years. Kobe shoulda got some votes for single handily bringin lakers to playoffs

how a mother f*cker deserve mvp w/ the sort of team he ran to! getting more open looks, free'd up from constant double/triple teamed more than ever in his career because he has other elites on his team. this league is p*ssy.

3 ball ur 100% right. Teams cant double team him like they do to other teams best players cuz he has an all star cast around him. Lebron is a monster no doubt but take him off heat they are still top seed. Take melo durant kobe off their respective teams their awful

melo has toplay with men allover him, LeBron barely has to worry about a double team, hes great but im surprised him to get virtually all the votes. he didn't stay in Cleveland and get it done, he'll never be able to hold up Michael's jock...

Come to think of it Kobe should've gotten atleast a few nods for what he did with the Lakeshow.

Bryant should've gotten the MVP he stole from Chris Paul in 2008 back for the performance he had this year.

The Lakers had more talent than most and barely made the playoffs.  Had the NBA's leading rebounder and best center in the NBA and couldn't compete in the West.

And people say Bryant should've gotten MVP votes?  The same guy that had a team that only made the playoffs because he missed the final two games of the year that they won?  Laughable.

Ive said what a few have said above about them not giving it to MJ many years where he deserved it. I dont wanna see Bron with more than MJ, just doesnt sit right with me.

He's headed toward being the better regular season player and this is what MVP is... a regular season award.  Nothing wrong with admitting that.  Once LeBron wins more titles and gets more finals mvp he will cement himself as a top 3 player ever.

Lbj is on his way towards being undeniably the second greatest player of all time

1).  He constantly leads his team in points, rebounds and assists
2).   He constantly leads the league in efficiency and is #2 all time in efficiency behind only Jordan
3).  Kareem jab bar is on record saying lebron will pass his all time scoring mark
4).  He is on pace to be the only player in NBA history to have a triple quintuple (over 10,000 career points,rebounds and assists)

The mvps, awards, numbers and records are too many to list
But now that he has better teammates and ownership and management (Riley) leadership,  he can get the championships

Other than mj, no one else is better....and if he gets six chips, he can threaten mj

Thats the thing he isnt a better regular season player than Jordan, but let me guess ur either a teenager or early twenties and didnt witness the greatness of MJ.

lebron should have not been mvp last season also. when you do what you do to buy titles the way he has & surround yourself w/ an all star cast and then get even more deeper and talented w/ the acquisitions of ray allen, lewis and even bird man how can you be deserving of such awards.

i remember in 2008 he won mvp over Wade who carried a very weak miami team to the playoffs and had absolutely no business being in the playoffs w/ that roster & he beat out wade for mvp just by cavs having a better winning record than the heat. wade statistically was better than lebron that season and take him off that team and miami would have been lottery bound.

in conclusion lebron should be minus 3 mvps imho. the league is vag*nal flaps.

A guy that consistently leads his team in every major statistical category and you say he shouldn't he mvp?  that's almost a bigger joke than guys saying Bryant should've gotten mvp votes for leading 3 other hall of famers into the lottery as well as getting a coach fired.  they same coach that went to the finals with lebron ONLY and won back to back 60 win seasons
