Umm, what are you talking about? Doesn't the rule say that if you jump upwards, perpendicular from the ground, with your arms straight up, you are okay. Isn't that what Asik did?

asik did slightly jump into jackson, and based on how the game was reffed should have been a foul call.

I do not believe a 7 footer can miss a layup when he doesn't even need to jump to touch the rim

was not even close to a foul, even Barkley just said it wasn't. he never touched him and the offensive player initiated the little contact with the body that there was.

It was a foul although jackson did lean a bit Asik used his body a bit even know his hands were straight up he also used his body and went into jackson. Should have been a foul but since its the last play of the game the whistle wasn't blown. It really depends on the ref and how they officiate the final plays of a game. Some refs won't calls fouls on final plays of the game and some do its a grey area. I believe if it's a foul earlier in the game then it should be a foul last play of the game. If jackson drove like that earlier in the game ill guarantee you the foul would be called.

O and Charles Barkley is right on everything lol.

That was a bit rediculous that it wasnt called a foul considering every drive by parsons and harden all night a tick tack foul was called and then asik leans into Reggie on very last play and gets clobbered and nothing called. Complete bullshit is what that was not a correct call b/c u bet on Houston.

Just because it's the last play doesn't mean the rules of the game go out the window.

Idiot statement, that is a no call 90% of the time in the NBA.  The other 10% of the time is if your name is Lebron, Kobe or Durant.

I think refs have the mentality that they don't want to be the cause for the final outcome.  They are more inclined to let the players play towards the end and earn the win.  I personally don't think it was a foul though, jumped pretty much straight up.

It WAS NOT a foul no matter who I bet on. OKC backers just begging for a call. Osik DID NOT initiate any contact and OKC player was all off balance and fell by himself, not because off contact. It was the correct no call.

this has been a enetertaining series even tho okc up 3-1. more games equals more money. I would b willing to bet if that was houston down 2 trying to extend series they woulda called it givinh houston chance to win and extend series

It was a foul plain and simple it's just because it was the final play the refs swallowed their whistles. Any other time in that game a foul would be called on that

Lol watch the replay, from the backboard, watch it a few times and tell me his jumped STRAIGHT up, cuz he didn't. Therefore by the rulebook, whether Reggie initiated contact or not, it is still a blocking foul. Check the rulebook and watch the replay

All the OKC backers wanting foul forgot how games are called at the end of the game. Asik went straight up, they aren't gonna call a soft foul at the end of a playoff game.

i thought it was a foul in regular time and after watching replay. but tough to get calls at end like that. It once again in nba comes down to refs.  The NBA is either a team wins in a blowout or the refs decide game
