They wont win any games on the road for the rest of the playoffs. As it gets harder in the 2nd or 3rd round. Please god win tonight indiana.

down by 17?
if NYK almost did it i think IND can too since they are a better defensive team than NYK.

i really dont think ATL will continue this shooting performance though.

you guys are doubting how credible josh smith and al horford are?  talent-wise aren't they as good or better than any individual players on indiana?  josh smith one on one has the physical ability to shut down paul george.  and paul george doesn't have the bulk to stop josh smith, or, as korver put it in the post game press conference, "he (josh smith) is a load."    on the road this season atlanta has won handily at OKC by 9, @ portland in november by 8, @ memphis by 10!!!!!!!!, lost at new york by 2, @ dallas by 4, @ utah by 11, @ brooklyn by 12.  that means they've won in some pretty tough places.  many teams haven't been able to do that.  don't doubt atlanta!!!!!!  but they are inconsistent.

If you cant win on the road you dont deserve to be in the playoffs. Ive seen atl get blown out the water at home in the regular season outside of j.smith they are mediocre but indiana tonight shown me they are just as mediocre.

probably right.  i'm just trying to pick winners as they come.   but this atlanta-indiana series is the type that can really make money.  7 home team covers!

That has nothing to do with anything. The Celtics in 2008 failed to win on the road in the 1st and 2cd rounds but then won on the road in both the next 2 rounds.

Many other examples as well.

Alot has to do with how motivated or complacent a team gets and alot is just the luck of how it all unfolds, very possible Indy wins game 6 in this series on the road to wrap-up the series....................................

Might as well go with atl on this series cause it wasn't just home court it was the line up change.  They went big and got J Smith on their best player in George and he has not done much with Josh defending him the way he, also got horford on west... And got a 7 footer in Petro to defend Hibbert... its over for pacers... main thing is J Smith on George thats how they won games 1 and 2 cause they had K Korver on him and he had 2 really good games in 1 and 2 even got a triple double in game 1... well see

After indiana got blown out 90-69 in game 3 I expected a better effort in game 4 from them atleast.

Indiana relies too much on trying to get thier bigs the ball. Playing Lance Stephenson too much also.

i did not see game three.  but i watched the first half of game four closely.  petro was a force.  He takes some wild shots; but he played 22 minutes in game four.  And when he was on the floor in game four it allowed josh smith to smother Paul George. They're both 6'8".  But Josh Smith is quicker and 50 pounds larger.

You are out of your mind if you think Horford is mediocre.

those who say regular season splits dont affect teams in the playoffs are sorely mistaken.

actually i agree with miami... atlanta (which is mediocre in comparison to championship caliber) has proven that indiana is mediocre (in comparision to championship caliber).  horford and j smoove are studs and so is paul george.  otherwise, i don't see other studs out there.  i like george hill, but he's definately hampered by the groin strain.  david west looks creeky as well.  the season is too long for the injured.

What else would you call a 6 seeded playoff team. A chance?
