i love indiana in this spot.  clips five games in seven games.  indiana on a tear.  when they clobbered dallas on a road b2b after beating houston that widened my eyes.  indiana at full strength.  clips won at indiana.   hibbert was suspended.   indiana clobbered clips last year at indiana.  doubt barnes will be available.  grant hill is older than nash-- OLD.   paul is beaten down.  griffin's a handful.  indiana is the memphis grizzlies of the east.  hard nosed TEAM.  GIVE ME THE CLIPPERS SIDE FO THIS PLAY, PLEASE.

Indiana plays well(in the road) against teams with no presence in the paint(Houston ndr)....I think this is Clips game.

They have won 3 out of 3 road games which they should be more than satisfied. Motivation factor should be a lot lower than Clips who want a win to get back on track.

everything you say makes sense and it is the intellectually logical choice to take the points, but crazy garbage happens on a monday more often than not..........still the public shud be all over the "sexy"clippers as usual so if vegas is 2 clean up it is most likely with pacers win or cover.looking at it neutrally indiana must be regarded as the better team(4get all the flash and pizazz and dunking and bull  sh i t).
if looking for reasons the clippers cover -5.0 i wud just offer the fact that they are home were they play a whole lot more energised and confident and with purpose and tempo.and also the fact that perhaps they NEED a win a little bit more after dropping a cupple strait and in danger of losing playoff positioning were-as indiana sitting pretty rite now arent they??..........messed up thing about this league is as soon as u notice a peculiar little trend or tendency with a team BAM!! its over.....like most wudnt hav thought pacers wud hav performed as well as they hav travelling against western opponents.(i know i certainly didnt, thought they wud get over-run in houston)and particularly as they had been short-handed.so now that its recognized it will most likely stop real quick-smart...may hav missed the bus on it.this is wat happens consistently thru the season in many instances, just wen ya think you can ride sumthing it falls over, and vice versa with a team playing badly...hell even charlotte is covering games now!!

I like Clippers in this spot coming off that embarrassing loss to Rockets with no Harden.  That was the game to fade the Clippers, but here is where you take the Clippers.  Indiana will be tired from all the traveling they have done, Clipps will try and push the ball and run all over them so Indy can't get their D set.

Don't get me wrong I like this Pacer team, but Clipps should take this game and cover.  Paul George is an awesome player, but I still don't believe he is there yet to be carrying a team and to rely on game in and game out.  CP3 on the other hand is that dude.

Ind is better team, but. Allready locked in #3 for playoffs. Could rest some. Clips in must win. Batteling Memphis and Denver for 3rd and 4th spots. No body wants #5 spot.

IND is NOT the better team, as opposed to everyone's view. Last year IND won the lone meeting at home. This year LAC has already beaten them on the road. LAC's recent road trip is a fluke, they should have won both games at DAL and SA...where as IND has gotten up for every game they;ve played and caught a few teams sleeping. None of the teams IND has played had any strong defense, CLIPS do.

If you watch the Clippers, they are not a "sexy" team to watch IMO, they just have 2 marketable stars. They play "boring" ball, and work the tempo. The "Lob City" appeal comes from Cp3's ability to find open players with incredible agility...but they are a half court team. The REAL Lob City is Den

Clippers are #3 as they will win Pacific division and as division winner have advantage on non division winners (Memphis, Denver).

really like the details.  very thoughtful!!!!  what about clipper fatigue, that hibbert didn't play in indiana, indiana at full strength and clips a little nicked, mostly the clips five in seven and indiana revenge?

i saw how you've got the ML.  here's to any clipper win under seven.  i got inidana last night @ 5 up to eight.  your score sounds as reasonable as any.  sounds like an indiana paced score.

gotta give it to del negro.  great coaching.  chris paul was tired, as i predicted.  so he let his subs bring them back.  indiana did the same thing in houston.  they went out and banged them and then had to hold on; couldn't close'm strong.  hmmmm.

like i said, pacers ARE the better "team",not more marketable, not more fancy, not more star-studded,not faster or more athletic, nor maybe even more skilled...but the better basketball team.at the moment anyhow....the forbes 777-are you insane, man???
?how you gunna say the clippers are a half-court team??consistency and reliability in that area is their one main weakness and cud sting them juice playoffs wen facing teams dat can control tempo and execute with merciless efficiency like spurs, grizz.of course having billups healthy and playing a lot will alleviate to sum degree but lets be honest if you eliminated the set play half-court offense from all games and just had a running, passing, jumping, individually orientated contest then clippers wud be nba champs hands down such is their reliance on this aspect of their play...it fuels their confidence and their effort on defense and whilst they can of course score points in a slow down game it is certainly not to their benefit.the only guy you can trust in that situation to get you hi % meaningful shots is chris paul.
also you suggest that clips recent road losses were fluke, check the records you will see quite clearly that their performance on the road all season has been sporadic at best so no surprise 2 see them under-performing away.also whilst you yourself may not consider them 2 be "sexy" or en vogue the general public on the rest of the planet do...they are espn highlight darlings and do most certainly play a brash, explosive, exciting brand of basketball that is well received by the masses but not necessarily completely effective long-term...any team containing blake griffin, chris paul, deandre jordan, eric bledsoe and jamal crawford cannot possibly be considered "boring" in style and will only control tempo in the sense that they will try and accelerate it..which makes perfect sense 2 take advantage of their great depth

you did say, however, prior to the game that maybe i'd missed the boat on indiana and that clips should come more energized.  BUT THEY DIDN'T cause they were tired from five games in seven nights in different cities.   in the end, however, indiana didn't prove themselves the better team with that second half collapse.  i would've liked to see them close out with more confidence.  but i am a vogel fan.  onto tomorrow.  gotta know who's playing.

as far as missing the bus or boat or watever, yea that was my feel, stevenp.dats more my personal view than trying to warn you off the bet as i know everytime i recognize a surprising surge or trend it dies as i jump on it. dats why i stayed away but i definitely wudnt hav taken the clippers spread...in the end ya can say wateva ya want about comebacks or collapses it dont matter, the pacers proved they are the better team at this moment by going in to their building and not only covering but winning..a win is a win is a win whether u survive a 50 point comeback or you make one yourself....if clippers were the better team they wudnt hav been lethargic enuff to get in that hole in the 1st place..its not as if they didnt know the challenge in front of them or lack motivation in playing one of the best teams in the east dat is rolling on the road rite now.so they cant claim they werent "up" for it

LET ME JUST SAY THAT YOUR WARNING WAS THE BEST ONE.  IT WAS VERY VALID.  AND THAT NO BET'S A SURE THING!!!!!!!  waited to see who's playing and bet the knicks up to 5.5.  but i know bosh and company are no slouch-- no slouch at all.  norris cole looked impressive at san antonio.
