well.... one game just jumps out at me... knicks at the nuggets... i know melo makes his grand return to denver... i dont think that emotional angle will matter...denver is 1-6 ATS against the atlantic, but 5 of those ATS losses were on the road, and the other was to boston at home as 9 pt favorites when the nuggets won by 7.. not quite covering..nelo is NOT HEALTHY...he beat around the bush in an interview and said as much, without actually coming out and saying it..i think if amare was playing, melo would sit... he is mainly playing because the team needs him.....though he is playing on 1 1/2 legs...we all know about the toll the altitude takes on visitors in the 2nd half...and denver isnt going to slow the pace any early, i can promise.... if i was coaching, i would tell my boys the nuggets play as fast as you can and beat the knicks down... they cant match us possession for possession... i have this at - 8 1/2 at my book, and im buying the hook, just to feel like i have a wagering condom on...
all nuggets....and i see them being so far ahead in 2nd half, the scoring slows to a crawl, so maybe the over isnt such a good wager..but i cant play a nugget game under at home..
detroit at GS... i see a similar fate for detroit as the one they suffered in utah their last game...almost same line against a better team, and one that has started defending...detroit allows 37% from the arc and GS shoots it better than anyone from out there. detroit gives up a little over 101 ppg on the road....i can see GS winning this something like 108-85.....the personality of this GS team has been evolving. mark jackson has been preaching defense all season, and i think its finally coming together on that end of the floor for GS....just as playoff time nears... gimme some warriors layin the hefty number..

i will be mulling over the suns visit to houston...
