Always take a break when you feel like you cannot win. We all go through it. It will get better but you have to step away for a few weeks maybe a few months.

Do something which can distract you from betting AND sports. It might be reading or watching a movie or playing video games. Take a week off from betting. Forget how much money you lost. And come back. Do not chase. Then you will be fine. GL.

Ok do what I did.... Call your beft friends , go to a club or a strip club...
Don't look at any sports .. Relax .. If you chase , you will lose..go out with ur friends, call the girls or guys that u saved thier number in your phone... darn it ..

i know how you feel man... ive been going through this tough stretches alot. and now im going through it again for 5 days i been losing heaps i cant seem to win. so far i was up 10k now down 12k.. in just over 5 days. lots of close loses..

hopefully you can bounce back man!

When that happens to me I stop capping. I can hardly look at the stats and betting gets me sick. So either take a week off or follow someone unconditionally for one bet daily,just for a little action. You win great,if you lose you will find misery loves company.The laws of probability will soon kick back in and things will be back to normal.
