Over / Unders are the most fixed if at all. Refs determine if its going Over or Under every single night (if they are in on it). As they do the spreads...They can call a foul at any time of the game, even if it is unjust. Think about that, Lets take yesterdays 2 games for example. Did the refs really need to call a foul when HE CLEARLY tripped and had nothing to do with Igudala missing the tip in? Was that a foul, 50/50 could have gone uncalled. YES!! Another example, Memphis vs Philly. Come ON MAN!! the spread was jumping from 3 to 1 to 1.5 to 3.5 all over the place, "They" (a ref or a shot caller that pays the refs) probably had it at Memphis -1.5 ...DUMB Foul called with .4 sec on the clock I believe?? It might have been more, but couldnt have been more then 2seconds. And look at that makes both free throws to put Memphis up by 3! GAME OVER. Just something to think of, Im not saying VEGAS fixes games, but I will say this. A "Boss" or "Shot Caller" has a few Refs in pocket I WILL GUARANTEE you that! For a FACT!
